Class Details

2 - 90 minute classes each week.

1-2 hours of self study each week.

All classes start at 5:00pm Eastern Time - 4pm CT, 3pm MT, 2pm PT - 10pm UK

All classes are recorded and distributed the same day of each class.

We are offering a few scholarships for reduced tuition for this class for deserving Coaches. This is part of our commitment to help the greater Coaching community.

Payment Plan
Your tuition is payable in three installments. The first payment of just $379 is made when registering. On the first day of class a second payment will be processed for $379. The remaining payment of $379 will be processed 30 days after the class begins.

Refunds
The first payment of $379 guarantees your spot in the class and is non-refundable. You may transfer or cancel without penalty up to 21 days before the course begins. If you cancel 21 days prior to the course start date, we'll refund the tuition paid.

 

Refund / Exchange Policy

Teleclasses
If you decide not to attend a class at least 24 hours prior to first session, you may receive a refund, less a $100 administration fee.

If you are unable to attend an upcoming teleclass for which you registered, you may apply the amount you paid towards the next scheduled teleclass. Or you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you advise us of the name of the person who will attend in your place at least 5 days prior to the first session of the next scheduled teleclass.

• Training Sessions- Two, 90 minute live webinar training sessions each week. Each session consists of 30-45 minutes of training, 15 minutes for the Coaches Spotlight^TM (where we focus solely on one Coach’s needs) and up to 30 minutes of time to address the most pressing issues as a group. Be it marketing or refining your niche, we will tackle subjects that are most important to you. Also included are audio and video recordings of every class so that you can watch and listen again or catch a class that you miss.

• MasterMind Training ^TM - You may have heard about our MasterMind Coaching Process™ which has taken us years to develop and refine. This process is now used by hundreds of Coaches in dozens of countries around the world. We will train you in every detail of the entire process.  This includes access to all of the assessments we use along with every form and written tool that you will need to implement the process. These proprietary materials and assessments alone are worth more than most courses by themselves. You could be a member of an elite group that is certified in this world class process!
   
• The Rescue Institute Training Center™ (RITC). This is our cutting edge virtual training center when you can access all the class recordings, complete your homework, download workbooks, and listen to Mp3 recordings. And for those of you who can’t attend the live classes, you can still take the class! You can access everything that you need in the RITC, taking the class virtually, on your schedule.

OVERVIEW OF 10 STEP MASTERMIND COACHING PROCESS™

Step 1: Overview of MasterMind Coaching Process™
The role of assessments, such as, the Rescue Institute Values Assessment™, Coaching Report for Leaders and 360 degree assessments.

Step 2: Values Identification- Business and Personal
Outcome- compare and contrast differences between the two. Develop plan to rectify disconnections.

Step 3: Time audit
Outcome- Quantify where time is spent and then cross reference with their Values. Test for disconnections and put plan in place to make needed changes.

Step 4: Personal SWOT- Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

Outcome- Identify their personal attributes and talents, honing in on gaps that they have that affect their performance.

Step 5: Mission Creation
Outcome- Definition of their personal Mission in life.

Step 6: Develop Priorities; Establish Goals/Rebuilt Calendar
Outcome- Clearly defines their priorities based upon their Values and Mission.

Step 7: Create Personal Dashboard™
Outcome- Creation of tracking document for personal initiatives based upon their Values and Mission.

Step 8: Accountability Plan, Day Review/Priorities Test
Outcome- Accountability of personal initiatives documented in the Dashboard.

Step 9: Sustainability- Build the Support Systems

Outcome- Identify and enlist others to help with the changes needed.

Step 10: Spread the Concept

Outcome- Create plan for sustainability of Mission and related initiatives.

After you successfully complete this Program (you will be personally evaluated and coached every step of the way) you will be awarded the designation of Certified MasterMind Executive Coach™ through the Rescue Institute (where our mission is to help 10 million people save themselves from the life they've created®- through Coaching).
